About Kaptive

A New Product, Built With Backing

Kaptive.uk is the technology product arm of the K4o5 group, sitting alongside Dragonfly IT (managed IT & cybersecurity) and XooDoo (digital growth). We're building the SaaS platforms and automation tooling that power the group's own operations first, before rolling them out to clients.

That means what we build gets used and tested in a real business before it's ever offered externally. When something is awkward, we are the ones living with it.

We build, we don't only advise

A consultancy hands over a recommendation and leaves the building to somebody else. The deliverable here is software your team uses on Monday.

Proven internally first

Every product runs inside a real business in the group before it is offered externally. We are our own first customer, and our own first complaint.

You own the result

Proprietary systems built for you, not a licence rented back monthly. Code and documentation go with you if you ever take it in-house.

We say no

If a smaller piece of work solves it, or if we are not the right people, we say so. That costs us the odd project and saves everyone the wrong one.

Watches Dragonfly IT's production infrastructure continuously: network traffic, SSH authentication and service availability, blocking unauthorised access automatically.

Kaptive CRM

Business operations

Ties warehouse, logistics, sales, marketing and board reporting into one system for XooDoo, modelled on how that business actually runs.

Atlas CS

Client operations

Assets, credentials, domains, documentation and projects for teams managing many clients at once, with a real client portal rather than an internal-only view.

Where We Are Today

Actively building. Kaptive isn't taking on external clients at scale yet. The flagship products you'll see elsewhere on this site (Vector, Kaptive CRM) are proof of what we build, not a finished client roster. We'd rather be straight about that than pad it out.

Practically, that means we take on a small number of engagements at a time and give them proper attention, rather than filling a pipeline we could not service well.
